Week 32/52 – Move Before You’re Ready

There will be days where you feel off.
Foggy. Directionless. Unmotivated.
It’s not weakness. It’s part of being human.
But here’s the trap:
Most people wait for clarity before moving.
That’s backwards.
Clarity comes from action — not thinking.
Not journaling. Not talking.
Moving.
Here’s my emergency protocol when I feel lost:
1. Get outside and move.
Even 10 minutes. No phone.
Your body resets your mind.
2. Do one physical task with your hands.
Clean your room. Make your bed.
When the world feels chaotic, create order around you.
3. Recommit out loud.
Say it.
“I’m not quitting. I’m recalibrating.”
Say it again.
You're not broken.
You're just static.
And motion breaks static.
